At TOC Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To facilitate this, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it—unused, unopened, and with all seals intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return at our address, we will notify you and process the refund on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
