Refund policy

1. At TOC Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To facilitate this, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it—unused, unopened, and with all seals intact.

2. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@toc.beauty and provide your full name, order number, and reason for the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

3. We provide a free return label to make the process as convenient as possible for our customers.

4. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you will be pleased you kept the packaging and labels. If you have any issues with your TOC Beauty product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, please email images or videos to info@toc.beauty. You must provide a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Once we've identified the problem, we'll give you your choice of a refund.

5. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

6. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

7. Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return. Additionally, international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Once we receive and inspect your return at our address, we will notify you and process the refund on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us.

9. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

10. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours or after it has been shipped, they may have to pay return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
