The following rules apply to all sales coming from the US. The goal of this document is to explain our shipping policies and methods in a clear and understandable way. By making a purchase from our shop, you agree to these terms and conditions.
At the moment, TOC Beauty only ships to places in the United States.
Later this year, we'll add more countries to the list of places we can ship to.
Shipping costs and taxes
Our shipping rates are set up to be simple and affordable. We ship orders of $50 or more within the US for free.
In the US, shipping costs $5.99 for sales of $0 to $49.99.
All numbers and totals are shown in US dollars (USD).
All prices given include taxes.
There are no setup or regular fees.
Transit, Processing, and Order Cut-Off Times
The order processing time, also called the handling time, starts when the order is made and ends when the package is given to the carrier.
Orders are usually taken care of within the same working day (Monday through Friday).
Orders will stop being taken at 2:00 p.m. (GMT-08:00). Time in the Pacific
So, orders made after the specified time (in this case, 2 p.m.) will not be processed until the next business day.
"Transit time" is the amount of time it takes for a carrier to move a thing from a supplier to a customer.
Expect 3–4 work days (Monday–Friday) for delivery.
Delivery Terms:
Products are delivered by USPS, UPS, and shipping.
Payment Method
TOC Beauty takes payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinner Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
TOC Beauty's payment method uses 128-bit SSL security to keep your information safe. Check the safety of an online buy by looking for a lock icon in the address bar of your browser.

Your order's tracking number will be in the email that confirms shipping. Please wait 24 hours for an email confirmation of delivery.
If your order hasn't arrived 4 days after the date on the shipping confirmation email, please email us at info@toc.beauty with your full name and order number.
Changing Address
After a purchase has been made, the delivery address can't be changed. If you need to change the delivery address, please get in touch with us at info@toc.beauty or +1 949-229-0308 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Multiple Locations
You can only give one shipping address when making an order. If you want your order sent to more than one address, you must place more than one order. If you have any questions, you can email us at info@toc.beauty
Mistaken Address
Let's say you put the wrong address in the shipping field during checkout, and we have to send the item back to you. If that happens, you will have to pay for any extra shipping costs that come with sending the goods back to you.
Cancellations
After making your order, please give us 24 hours to get to it. You can cancel your order for free within the first 24 hours after you place it. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours or after it has been shipped, they may have to pay return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Package Losses in Transit
If an item comes broken or in a damaged box, you can send it back and get your money back or a new one. In the rare event that you get the wrong item or something you didn't order from us, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Please look at our policy on returns and refunds for more information.
What happens if I'm not at my house?
If delivery efforts were made when no one was home to accept them, the next step is to get in touch with support.
